
Los materiales MIM (moldeo por inyección de metal) destacan por su alta resistencia, alargamiento y límite elástico. Se presentan propiedades de tracción típicas a temperatura ambiente en escalas Vickers (VHN) y Rockwell (HRB/HRC).
La densidad de materiales MIM alcanza valores cercanos a los manuales estándar, garantizando rendimiento práctico próximo a valores teóricos.
El TT permite ajustar propiedades mediante ciclos específicos para maximizar dureza, aunque la disponibilidad de materiales varía por proveedor. La gama de materiales MIM mantiene amplia diversidad.
