Ningbo Precision Tech is a production metal injection molding (MIM) factory. We design and cut our own molds, compound feedstock, and run injection molding, debinding and sintering in-house.

What MIM materials do you offer?

We process 316L and 17-4PH stainless steels, low-alloy steels, titanium alloys, copper, tungsten carbide (WC-Co) and soft magnetic alloys.

What tolerance and part size can you achieve?

Typical as-sintered tolerance is ±0.3%, with tighter tolerances achievable by secondary machining. MIM suits parts weighing under about 100 g, produced in medium to high volumes.
